ebpdn is the Evidence Based Policy in Development Network. It aims to establish a worldwide community of practice for think tanks, policy research institutes and similar organisations working in international development, to promote more evidence-based, pro-poor development policies.
They wanted a platform from which they could share information about their projects, and share reports, papers and other documents, as well as events, and a forum to discuss recent events.
The site is fully customisable, so that site administrators can edit many things about the site without changing the code. The site runs in two languages, English and Spanish, incorporates phpBB2, Google Maps and features an extensive administration area.
